Kwamme Anderson Presidential Management Intern
Soror Anderson is presently a 2001 Presidential Management Intern at the Office of the Secretary in Washington, DC. This is an extremely competitive and prestigious intern program that attracts outstanding master's and doctoral-level students to the Federal service. It is a two year internship program, which enables graduate degree students to be appointed to Federal positions as PMIs and to also have the opportunity to be converted to a permanent Federal civil service position following their successful internship. Kwamme, who has been an intern since July of 2001, is a Spring 1997 initiate of Alpha Tau.
Gabrianne 'Gabie' Williams
Director of List Brokerage
Soror Williams is currently the Director of List Brokerage for Pinnacle List Company in Arlington, VA. Pinnacle specializes in political and nonprofit direct mail fundraising. The company raises funds for Republican Conservatives running for Congress, Senate and Presidential elections. They have raised funds for Elizabeth Dole for Senate 2002, Bauer for President 2000, Americans for Jeb Bush 2002, Ashcroft Victory Committee, The President's Dinner, and James Rogan who was one of the impeachment managers for President Clinton. Gabrianne is originally from Brooklyn, NY and now resides in Silver Spring, MD. She was initiated into the Alpha Tau chapter in the Spring of 1997 and received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern University in 1997. She is currently a member of the Federal City Alumnae Chapter (FCAC) in Washington, DC. Kenyatta Dionne Colbert
State of Louisiana Management Intern
Soror Colbert is presently a Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals Management Intern at the Office of Public Health Tobacco Control Program in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she serves as the programs Media Coordinator. She is the point person on media, media literacy, and public relations for all OPH Tobacco Control Program funded entities. She also coordinates long-range statewide media and strategic marketing activities, and assists in the management of budgets and contracts for tobacco and tobacco-related disease prevention marketing activities while also being groomed for management. This is a one-year probationary position. Upon completion, she will be eligible for promotion into a permanent State coordinator position. Kenyatta graduated from Southern University in Spring 2000, with a B.S. in Psychology, and again in Summer 2002, with an M.P.A. in Healthcare Administration. She has recently been accepted into the Fall 2003 class of the PhD in Urban Studies program at the University of New Orleans, where she will major in Urban Affairs and Regional Planning. Kenyatta is a Spring 1997 initiate of Alpha Tau.
